By adding the RustMart Discord Bot to your server or using the RustMart desktop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

RustMart provides tools for the game Rust, including a Discord bot for team communication and vending machine analytics, and a desktop companion app. These services use the official Rust+ API.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use RustMart for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms. You specifically agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Use the bot to harass or spam other users.
• Violate Facepunch Studios' terms of service or the Rust+ API usage guidelines.

4. No Affiliation

RustMart is an independent project and is NOT affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Facepunch Studios or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries. Rust is a registered trademark of Facepunch Studios.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RustMart be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
